    Onboarding helps TrustGather personalize your experience and ensure you’re set up correctly from day one.

    After creating and verifying your account, you may be prompted to complete a short onboarding flow.


    Why Onboarding Matters

    The onboarding process helps TrustGather understand how you plan to use the platform.

    • Tailors your experience based on your needs

    • Ensures correct workspace setup

    • Helps you get value faster


    Onboarding Steps

    The onboarding flow is quick and typically includes the following steps:

    1. Answer how you discovered TrustGather

    2. Confirm basic account information

    3. Proceed to workspace creation

    All onboarding questions are optional and can be completed in under a minute.


    Skipping or Completing Later

    If onboarding is optional in your flow:

    • You can skip onboarding and proceed directly to the dashboard

    • You can continue using TrustGather without completing onboarding

    Skipping onboarding does not restrict access to any features.


    After Onboarding

    Once onboarding is completed (or skipped), you can:

    • Create your first workspace

    • Add or import customer reviews

    • Start creating review widgets

    You’re now ready to begin using TrustGather.
