How to Connect a Review Platform
Go to the Import page in your dashboard
Find the Platform Integrations section
Click Connect next to the platform
Enter your platform profile or product URL
Save the connection
Once connected, TrustGather will fetch available reviews from the platform.

After connecting a platform, you can manage it at any time.
View last sync time
Manually trigger a sync
Edit or remove the connection
Common Connection Issues
If a platform connection fails:
Verify the profile or product URL is correct
Ensure the platform has publicly visible reviews
Try running a manual sync
