    A workspace is where all your reviews, widgets, analytics, and settings live for a specific brand or business.

    Creating your first workspace is required before you can start adding reviews or creating widgets.


    What Is a Workspace?

    A workspace represents a single website, brand, or project inside TrustGather.

    • Each workspace has its own reviews and widgets

    • Analytics are tracked per workspace

    • Workspaces help keep data organized


    How to Create a Workspace

    1. Log in to your TrustGather account

    2. Go to the Workspaces page

    3. Click Create Workspace

    4. Enter your website URL (must include http:// or https://)

    5. Click Create

    The workspace name is automatically generated from your website domain and can be edited later.


    Workspace Requirements

    • A valid website URL is required

    • The website must be publicly accessible

    • Workspace limits depend on your plan


    After Creating a Workspace

    Once your workspace is created, you can start using TrustGather features.

    • Add or import customer reviews

    • Create and customize review widgets

    • View analytics for your reviews


    Common Issues

    If you encounter issues while creating a workspace:

    • Ensure the website URL includes the correct protocol

    • Check that you have not reached your workspace limit

    • Verify the URL is correctly formatted
