Email verification helps secure your TrustGather account and ensures that you have access to important notifications.

When you sign up using your email address, TrustGather sends a one-time password (OTP) to verify your email.

    What Is an OTP?

An OTP (One-Time Password) is a temporary verification code sent to your email address.

    • 6-digit numeric code

    • Valid for 10 minutes

    • Used only once

    How Email Verification Works

    1. Sign up using your email address

    2. Check your inbox for the OTP email

    3. Enter the 6-digit OTP on the verification screen

    4. Click Verify to complete the process

Once verified, your account will be activated and ready to use.

If You Didn’t Receive the OTP

If the OTP email does not arrive:

    • Check your spam or junk folder

    • Wait a few minutes as emails may be delayed

    • Ensure the email address is entered correctly

    • Click Resend OTP to request a new code

    OTP Expired or Invalid

If your OTP has expired or is invalid:

    • Request a new OTP from the verification screen

    • Make sure you are entering the most recent code

    • Enter all six digits correctly

    After Verification

After your email is verified, you can proceed to:

    • Complete onboarding questions (if prompted)

    • Create your first workspace

    • Access the TrustGather dashboard

If you continue to experience issues, contact TrustGather support for assistance.
