    TrustGather works by helping businesses collect customer reviews, manage them in a centralized dashboard, and display them on their websites using customizable widgets.

    The platform is designed to be simple to set up, flexible to manage, and powerful enough to scale as your business grows.


    Step 1: Create a Workspace

    A workspace represents a brand, business, or project inside TrustGather. Each workspace keeps reviews, widgets, analytics, and settings separate.

    • Add your website URL

    • The workspace name is automatically generated

    • Each workspace has its own reviews and widgets


    Step 2: Add or Import Reviews

    Once your workspace is ready, you can start adding customer reviews.

    Ways to Add Reviews

    • Manually add individual reviews

    • Import reviews in bulk using CSV files

    • Sync reviews automatically from supported platforms

    All imported reviews are stored securely and can be edited or managed at any time.


    Step 3: Manage Reviews

    TrustGather gives you full control over your reviews.

      • Draft – saved but hidden

      • Archived – removed from display
