Resetting Your Password

If you forget your TrustGather password, you can reset it quickly using your registered email address.

The password reset process is secure and ensures only you can regain access to your account.

When to Reset Your Password

You may need to reset your password if:

• You forgot your password

• You are unable to log in

• You want to improve account security

How to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the TrustGather login page

2. Click Forgot Password

3. Enter your registered email address

4. Click Send Reset Code

You will receive a one-time password (OTP) in your email.

Verify Reset OTP

To continue resetting your password:

1. Check your inbox for the 6-digit OTP

2. Enter the OTP on the verification screen

3. Proceed to create a new password

The OTP is valid for 10 minutes.

Set a New Password

Choose a strong password to keep your account secure.

• Minimum 8 characters

• Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols

• Avoid reusing old passwords

Common Issues

If you encounter issues while resetting your password:

• Check your spam or junk folder for the OTP email

• Ensure you are using the correct email address

• Request a new OTP if the code expires

If you signed up using Google, you do not need to reset a password. Simply log in using Google sign-in.
