    Reviews are the foundation of TrustGather. They represent real customer feedback that helps build trust and credibility for your business.

    In TrustGather, reviews are collected, managed, and displayed in a structured way so you can control how and where they appear.


    What Is a Review?

    A review is a piece of feedback submitted by a customer about your product or service.

    • Written feedback describing the customer experience

    • A rating between 1 and 5 stars (supports 0.5 increments)

    • Reviewer details such as name, company, or role
